The G4D Productions team represents all aspects of the event and entertainment industry. Their combined experience allows them to communicate effectively with the different production departments, providing their clients extraordinary services. From tour managers and production assistants to booking agents and vending coordinators, this team has honed in on their skill sets by gaining knowledge and experience through years of hard work. Their passion and dedication to growing in their field make the G4D Productions team unique and valuable in this industry.
Jon Dindas — CEO & founder
Jon Dindas, in his twenty years of event industry experience has held almost every title in the business – from production manager and producer to venue designer and festival director. Dindas has done it all. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment world. Before founding G4D Productions in 2015, Dindas was the Director of Production at Dayglo Ventures. He oversaw production design, installation, and daily implementation at the Capitol Theatre, Lockn’ Festival, and the Brooklyn Bowls in Las Vegas and London. Dindas has been the Production Manager of Lockn’ Festival and Wilco’s Solid Sound Festival for several years. He has also produced Warren Haynes’ Christmas Jam since 2008 and is the Main Stage manager at the Governor’s Ball and The Meadows music festivals. Dindas lives in New York City and has a daughter in college, Josie, who shares her father’s love for music and production. He spends his days daydreaming about Boygenius and rooting for Everton, along with other shitty sports teams.
Ron Busloff - VP Business & Legal Affairs
Ron has been an original partner of G4D Productions since it’s founding in 2015. He joined fifteen years into a legal career, during which he has represented a wide range of businesses and individuals, including artists, promoters, festivals, and event producers. His dual experiences as a legal advisor and live music devotee give him unique insights that make him an invaluable part of the G4D team. Based in New York City, Ron enjoys rooting for Dindas’ favorite teams to lose.
Erin McSpirit Stalls - Chief Operations Officer
Erin has a decade of experience working in the entertainment & events industry. As an experienced Event Director, she prides herself on creating unforgettable experiences. She develops, organizes, and executes events with seamless operational structures and efficient management. She believes in accountability, collaboration, effective communication, and hard work. She has a passion for music, community, & the great outdoors. Her free time is spent with her husband, daughter & dog in Nashville.
Chelsey Agee - Project Manager
Chelsey has several years of experience in large-scale event Hospitality, Artist Relations, and Event Management. She stays organized and has the ability to multitask at high volumes. Chelsey gladly accepts any challenge and will be delicate accordingly. As a music enthusiast, she enjoys seeing live music while working behind the scenes to create an enjoyable environment for staff and artists alike.
Hallee Hudson - EA to Jon Dindas & Company Administrator
Hallee is a young, up-and-coming professional in the industry and the newest face at G4D. She has worked in the festival scene for the last eight years in several different roles. She thrives amidst organized chaos, orchestrating collaboration across various departments. Hallee is always eager to meet new people across the country, solve problems to keep a project rolling, and watch hard work come together. She currently has dual roles at G4D as an executive assistant to our CEO (meaning that she is in charge of keeping Dindas in line) and as the company’s administrator, helping to keep everything organized and running smoothly. At night, you’ll probably find her dedicating time to coaching young kids and trying to get her iPhone to charge.
Grace Vesneske - Artist Relations Director
Grace is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the event and hospitality industry. She is the proud part-owner and manager of Buffalo Iron Works, a music club in Buffalo, NY, where she has honed her event planning, management, and customer service skills. Grace is driven by a strong desire to make people feel comfortable and at ease and enjoys a good challenge. She is adept at juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and excels at working on unique and creative initiatives. When she's not working, Grace loves nothing more than spending time with her sisters and her favorite niece and nephew, who she considers to be the most incredible people in the world.
Shayna Shapiro - Marketing director
Shayna has joined the G4D team with experience working for Dayglo Presents across various companies like Relix Media Group and The Rock and Roll Playhouse in both marketing and onsite managing roles. She loves being immersed in the event photo archive to compile social media and marketing content. As the embodiment of an old Dead Head’s spirit in a 21st-century body, Shayna loves connecting with those in the scene. She’ll greet you with open arms, and if you’re lucky, an interrogation on if you’d ever attended the Fillmore East and for what show it was. Shayna is always eager to create and work with like-minded creatives in the industry, and luckily, the G4D Productions team is just that.
Johanna Levitt-Dindas - Marketing Assistant
Josie’s been a part of G4D since day one. While she’s been attending musical events since she could walk, Josie most recently joined the G4D Team in the marketing department. Along with juggling college courses, she assists in working on website and social media marketing. Though Josie learned the production ropes from Dindas, her interests have equally rubbed off on him- just ask him who his favorite bands are.
