About G4D

The G4D Productions team represents all aspects of the event and entertainment industry. Their combined experience allows them to communicate effectively with the different production departments, providing their clients extraordinary services. From tour managers and production assistants to booking agents and vending coordinators, this team has honed in on their skill sets by gaining knowledge and experience through years of hard work. Their passion and dedication to growing in their field make the G4D Productions team unique and valuable in this industry.


 

Jon Dindas — CEO & founder

Jon Dindas, in his twenty years of event industry experience has held almost every title in the business – from production manager and producer to venue designer and festival director. Dindas has done it all. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment world. Before founding G4D Productions in 2015, Dindas was the Director of Production at Dayglo Ventures. He oversaw production design, installation, and daily implementation at the Capitol Theatre, Lockn’ Festival, and the Brooklyn Bowls in Las Vegas and London. Dindas has been the Production Manager of Lockn’ Festival and Wilco’s Solid Sound Festival for several years. He has also produced Warren Haynes’ Christmas Jam since 2008 and is the Main Stage manager at the Governor’s Ball and The Meadows music festivals. Dindas lives in New York City and has a daughter in college, Josie, who shares her father’s love for music and production. He spends his days daydreaming about Boygenius and rooting for Everton, along with other shitty sports teams.

 
 

Ron Busloff - VP Business & Legal Affairs

Ron has been an original partner of G4D Productions since it’s founding in 2015. He joined fifteen years into a legal career, during which he has represented a wide range of businesses and individuals, including artists, promoters, festivals, and event producers. His dual experiences as a legal advisor and live music devotee give him unique insights that make him an invaluable part of the G4D team. Based in New York City, Ron enjoys rooting for Dindas’ favorite teams to lose.

 
 

Erin McSpirit Stalls - Chief Operations Officer

Erin has over a decade of experience working in the entertainment & events industry. As an experienced Event Director, she prides herself on creating unforgettable experiences. She develops, organizes, and executes events with seamless operational structures and efficient management. She believes in accountability, collaboration, effective communication, and hard work. She has a passion for music, community, & the great outdoors. Her free time is spent with her husband & kids by the beach in Florida.

 
 

Daniel Petrafesa - Director of production

Daniel brings thirty-plus years of experience in the music and live event industry to the G4D team. He and Dindas first met two decades ago while opening venues in New York City and Las Vegas and stayed connected even as their careers took them in different, exciting directions. Daniel’s decades of touring experience with Grammy-winning artists and his reputation for calm, expert production leadership is an invaluable addition to G4D. He channels the knowledge gained from large-scale international shows into delivering seamless execution on projects of any size.

 
 

Juliet blackmon bronzino - senior project manager

Juliet is a Swiss Army Knife producer/creative who has joyfully orchestrated events & experiences of all scales around the world and across industries. From New York Fashion Week to the Super Bowl, music festivals by land & sea, experiential activations & pop-up series, warehouse parties to wellness retreats, red carpets to rodeos, and nearly everywhere in between; her favorite place to be is wherever the music is.

 
 

Shayna Shapiro - Event coordinator, Company Administrator

Shayna moved from Georgia to New York for FIT, but quickly found herself interning in the live event industry. Since joining G4D Productions in 2023 post-grad, she’s grown from Part-time Marketing Coordinator to Event Coordinator & Company Administrator — producing shows, working with her favorite bands, and giving back to charities like Riverkeeper and Two Bridge through projects like Free Dead in the Park and Future Friends. For Shayna, it already feels like she’s achieved her hopes & dreams, and when she’s not avoiding gluten like the plague, she’s busy drafting more … and probably listening to a live show from before she was born.

 
 

Emma Klein - Executive Assistant to CEO

Emma is an aspiring music industry professional from Omaha, Nebraska, who joined the G4D team in Fall 2025. From experience working in the non-profit sector of the music business, Emma found an innate passion for live music and a love of how it connects people across all circumstances. Emma is excited about working for a company where she can play a part in bringing people together through outstanding events and live music experiences!

 
 

Johanna Levitt-Dindas - Assistant stage manager and marketing coordinator

Josie’s been a part of G4D since day one. While she’s been attending musical events since she could walk, Josie most recently joined the G4D Team in the marketing department. She has since worked alongside Stage Managers at both Mountain Jam Festival and in the UAlbany Theatre Program. Along with juggling college courses and running shows, she assists in working on website and social media marketing. Though Josie learned the production ropes from Dindas, her interests have equally rubbed off on him- just ask him who his favorite bands are.
